Registration is now open, and will close on July 31, 2025. WYF is pleased to continue with a registration system that allows you to print all required forms and submit payment online.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees: For the 2025 season, the fee is $595 for grades 3-8. Financial aid is available email WYF Administrator at admin@wellesleyyouthfootball.org.
Refund Policy: $100 cancellation fee. 100% refund before August 1 (minus cancellation fee), 50% refund from August 1 until before the first game (minus cancellation fee). No refund after the first game.
PAPERWORK GUIDELINES FOR ALL TEAMS
- Registrations for all teams will close on July 31, 2025
- Registration will close per team once the roster max has been met.
- All registration payments must be made by July 31, 2025
- All paperwork requirements must be met by July 31, 2025
- Copy of final 2025 Report Card- showing all 4 terms
- Copy of Annual Physical dated 2025 or AYF Medical Clearance Form signed by a player’s physician.
- Copy of Birth Certificate (New players only)
Waitlists for closed teams will be maintained in the event that players withdraw; however, waitlist positions will not be made public.
Should a player inquire about an available roster spot after July 31, 2025, the WYF Administrator will ask the coaches if they are willing to take on any additional players. This will be done anonymously; the potential player’s name will not be disclosed to the coach.
